Doug's partner is his wife Nicki, who came to America from the United Kingdom, at the age of 21. She obtained her Florida's Real Estate license in 1986. She received her American Citizenship in 1996 and knows true meaning to the words, "this is the greatest country in the world and Marco Island is one of the greatest places to live in the USA".
